WIP Clay: Castiel

Oh Castiel, I adore you so much I made a clay clone of you.

Here it is! My second ever clay model and my first actual clay person! I am quite pleased with how he turned out - though I tell you, it was no walk in the park. In fact, no walking at all was required. Seriously though, that trench coat was a bitch to make. ...As was his hair.

I decided to make Castiel from Supernatural, one: because I love him and that show so much, and two: because I was inspired by 's Supernatural Castoons -> [link] I don't watch a lot of visual artists, but her stuff always makes me smile and laugh. So I modeled my clay Cas on her toon Cas as a tribute!

When I get my hands on some paint I will paint him....but for now he must remain a teracotta angel.

P.S. You may be wondering how I got him to stand up on his own. The truth is simple, yet awful. _{I shoved a stick up his arse}
